Matt joined Vermilion Development in February 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing 20 years of experience in corporate finance, business development, and investment banking. Most recently, he was the head of financial planning at Care Hospice, a privately held company providing hospice care services across 20 states. Previously, Matt held a variety of financial roles primarily in the medical device/pharma space, with a focus on capital raising, licensing and M&A transactions.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
