Kyle joined Vermilion Development in June 2025. Prior to joining Vermilion, Kyle was a Director on Optima’s development and asset management teams, where he supported the development of over 1,000 multifamily and condominium units, management of a 2,000+ unit luxury multifamily portfolio, and raised over $1.1 billion of institutional capital. He began his career in commercial banking, holding various roles with Pacific Western Bank and completing MB Financial Bank’s Leadership Development Program.

Kyle earned a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems from Butler University. He currently serves as Vice President of the Kellogg Real Estate Alumni Network.
