Located at the gateway to Minneapolis in the Prospect Park neighborhood, the development looks to build on the creative-minded foundation that the Arts & Architecture building has maintained for generations. The mixed-use project, containing apartments, ground floor retail, and renovated loft office space, will bring a new energy to University Avenue while maintaining the artistic vibe of the existing neighborhood. The project will be built around the existing Arts & Architecture building, which will continue to serve the residents of Prospect Park as it has for decades.

The location of the project on the eastern edge of Minneapolis is ideally situated adjacent to the University Avenue Green Line, providing easy access to the University of Minnesota, downtown Minneapolis, and downtown St. Paul. Vermilion has been actively engaged with the community members of Prospect Park to ensure the project respects the neighborhood’s character, landmarks, and interests.
